TomTom aims to offer its customers an option to subscribe to an existing service. Due to the fact that their installed client base is of an international nature, the 4-day google design sprint methodology was used to test a prototype among their customers.
Scope for the Design Sprint:
The scope is to understand their response to the new subscription model and whether or not this is in line with the current strategy regarding the go-to-market strategy used to launch this new model.
